Swaragini begins with Swara blaming Sanskar for Laksh’s disappearance. She says you caused this mess. Annapurna tells her to be quiet. Shekhar says blame game is futile now. Swara says you all must know that Laksh (Namish Taneja) is not with us due to this man. Sanskar (Varun Kapoor) says Swara (Helly Shah). She says what will do you, will you beat me. She says you threatened to kill your brother. Sanskar says are you blaming me in totality. Swara says yes, I won’t tolerate that my sister is devastated due to you. She says there won’t be any relation between us till he comes back to Ragini. Everyone is stunned.

Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar) says I will wait for him. She gets a flashback of all the times spent with Laksh. Crying, she tells her parents to take her away from Maheshwari mansion. Her parents are worried. Durgaprasad says if living with her parents can be of help then let her go. Annapurna says go if you want to but I will soon come to take you back as I believe that Laksh will be home soon.

Swara says Baadi Maa and Bade papa I will also go to Baadi with my sister. She says I will be more useful there. My sister needs me more. Swara says she has no relation left with Sanskar. He is shocked. She says if you have any remorse just bring back Laksh. My sister will not suffer the consequences of your foolishness.

Annapurna and Sujata are upset. They say that Laksh has left home and so have our daughters-in-law. Sanskar says Swara stop. He says give me one chance to set things right. She says you did not give a chance to Laksh before trying to kill him. He says you never heard my point of view. Sanskar says if you have decided to end relations with me till Laksh’s return, I am also taking a decision. He says if you leave me like this, you will never return here. He says you will lose your rights from this home. And I will never accept you in my life.

Durgaprasad says Sanskar what are you saying. Annapurna tells him to take back his words. He says no, if I am so guilty in Swara’s eyes for spoiling her sister’s life, then I do not wish to be in this relationship. Family members try to dissuade him. He says it is his final decision. Ragini and Parineeta tell Swara to reconsider everything and not to take decisions with stubbornness. She walks out with her sister.

Six months later, Swara gets a call from Sanskar at 2am. He does not talk on the line but she tells him to fall asleep. He is drinking away. He says you recognise me with even my breath…a dead man. He says six months back you threatened me that without Laksh there is no relationship. Sanskar says I will punish you for the trauma you caused to me. He says I know where Laksh is. Sanskar says I will cause you a lot of trouble. Sleep peacefully because I won’t let you sleep after that….

The Episode starts with Shekhar making arrangements to set up mandap and everything. Sumi says she is very happy today. Shekhar asks where is our wedding planners? Swara (Helly Shah) and Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar) are seen playing sitar and guitar respectively. Shekhar and Sumi smile looking at them. He says jugalbandi early morning. Sujata is talking on phone and asks someone to send the sweets on time. Durga Prasad (Nagesh Salwan)tells Ram that today is like festival day for him. Annapurna comes, gives prasad to Sujata and blesses her. She sits down. Parineeta comes holding tea. Sujata gets shocked seeing her and scolds her for shocking her. She asks her not to bring tea for her again. Parineeta gives tea to Annapurna. Annapurna takes it and asks Sujata when sweets will come. Sujata says it will come on time.

Parineeta asks Durga Prasad to take tea. Durga Prasad says I will drink later and asks her to keep on table. Parineeta thinks to add poison in their tea, and thinks she is helpless as Adarsh is in jail. Ram gives tea to Durga Prasad. Durga Prasad tells Ram that they will welcome Laksh and then their bahus also return. Ram says he will make the perfect arrangements, and says Sanskar might be coming. Sanskar (Varun Kapoor)comes somewhere and meets a man. He tells that the car is here for 1 lakh rs. And asks who will give 5 lakhs rs. For his broken car. Sanskar says he will give and tells that the car belongs to his brother Laksh and that he was last seen in that car. A fb is shown, Laksh leaves in his car. Sanskar says I was searching for this car since 6 months and hired 1000’s of agents for finding this car. Agent says sorry. Swara asks Shekhar about the arrangements. Shekhar says well and asks her to call pandit ji. Sumi asks Swara to wear mangalsutra for today atleast.

Swara gets sad and says Ragini is suffering because of fight between two brothers, and tells that she has understood meaning of advantage. A woman is about to fall, but Swara runs to help her get up and mangalsutra falls from her hand. Sumi picks it and asks why you kept it with you. Swara says I thought I will get a chance to wear it. She tells her that Sanskar called and told that Laksh’s location is found. Ragini hears her and gets teary eyes. Swara tells Sumi that she didn’t tell Ragini, let him come first. Ragini is happy. Just then they see groom coming. Swara brings bride to the marriage altar. Sumi asks Swara to tell everything.

Ragini comes inside and lights the diya infront of God. She folds her hands and says she is very happy today, as she got some news about Laksh and says news might be true. She thanks God. Swara hears her and gets tensed. She thinks why Sanskar call me till now, and hopes he brought Laksh back soon. Man shows him car and asks for 1 lakh rupees. He says this is my car; this car doesn’t have even a scratch. Sanskar asks from where you stole it and beats him. Inspector comes and asks Sanskar not to take law in his hands. Sanskar asks Inspector to ask the man and says I am sure that this man knows about my brother. Inspector asks Man to take them to his garage.

Ragini gives shagun to everyone, and does ghatbandhan of the bride and groom. Pandit ji asks bride and groom to stand for pheras. Swara holds flower thaali. Ragini takes flowers in her hand and showers on them. She gets sanskar’s call, who says he will be coming soon, asks if she is so eager for the punishment. Swara says I accept your punishment, but don’t come empty hand, and break Ragini’s hope, and then you can kill me. Sanskar says I will not give you death easily. He says Laksh will come and Ragini’s hope will be fulfilled, but in your life, there will be only pain and troubles. Swara looks on with teary eyes and prays for Laksh.

Ragini asks photographer to take nice pics of bride and groom, and asks them to pose nicely. She asks Swara to come and take pic with them. She then asks Swara to come and have selfie with her. Kaka comes and tells that he likes their marriage arrangements. Ragini and Swara are thankful to him. Swara says we have been doing wedding planning since 2 months. He gives them fees, but they refuse. Ragini tells Swara that she is very happy today and hopes to meet Laksh. Sanskar looks on as Inspector comes out from the garage, asks what did he tell? Inspector says he got this car on the nearby and this man had stolen it. Sanskar looks on.

Swaragini is all set to bring some romantic drama for its loyal fans. In the coming weeks, we will see Uttara’s marriage being fixed. It will be in a Marwari household. The groom’s mother-in-law would give the wedding planning contract to Swara (Helly Shah) and Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar). However, the mother would trust Ragini more as she is a Marwari. Later, they would discover that it is Uttara’s (Khyati Mangla) marriage. Swara would see Sanskar (Varun Kapoor) there and walk off. However, Ragini would take up the job using it as a pretext to get SwaSan to reconcile. Will the two co-operate?

Viewers will get to see a lot of Tashan in the upcoming episodes. Varun Kapoor said that Sanskar hates Swara as much as he loved her before. There will also be a sequence where Swara is about to fall. He goes there and catches her in his arms only to drop her the next minute. Needless to say, the new romance cum hate track is getting fabulous response with the core audience.

Varun is also looking different with the bearded serious look. His wardrobe is also more formal now. The actors seem to be enjoying shooting for the hate sequences. Also, there will be a revelation that Parineeta and Adarsh (Tarun Singh) have kept Lakshya (Namish Taneja) in captivity. The exciting part is the angry and imperfect Sanskar Maheshwari on screen. Swaragini begins with a man congratulating the sisters on the good arrangements made for Bela’s marriage.  Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar) sees Shekhar (Sachin Tyagi) fixing the lights and stops him.  She says my Laksh (Namish Taneja) is returning and says I heard Sanskar (Varun Kapoor) saying this to Swara.  Swara (Helly Shah) says I hope Sanskaar’s does not return empty handed.  Ragini asks Sumi (Parineeta Borthakur) that what else did Sanskar tell Swara. She says I overheard her conversation.

She says that he will bring Laksh back.  Ragini is radiating happiness.  Swara calls Sanskar but he does not pick up the call. She says you are my angel.  She says I have learnt not to accept defeat from you.  She says six months back we swore not to wear sindoor and mangalsutra till we got Laksh back.  Now, Sanskar is getting Laksh and our trials are over. There,  Sanskar takes the man inside and locks him up.  He threatens to beat him up if he does not reveal about Laksh.  Scared the man says he will confess.  Sanskar says there is difference in the manner you investigate to the cops outside.

Ragini and Swara dance on Chalka Re from Saathiya at a wedding party.  Swara looks lost.  At the Maheshwari house,  Uttara (Khyati Mangla) is getting engaged. Annapurna (Shalini Kapoor) and Sujata (Sonica Handa) lament that their bahus and  Laksh are not home.  Durgaprasad is also teary eyes.  Annapurna says I know you are waiting for Laksh.  She says our son is coming home after so many months and our daughter’s marriage is also fixed. Durgaprasad blessed Uttara.  She looks very sad they  tell her that Laksh will be home soon.  Uttara says I am sure Sanskar will get Laksh home.  Sanskar calls Durgapasad and says the car is found and so is the man who found the car.  Durgaprasad says I know you do not make false promises.  They tell him to come home fast.

The man he came before the car a few months ago.  He asked the man for a lift.  Once he got inside he chloroformed him.  Then he took him out of the car threw him in the bushes by the wayside and ran away.  He says he left behind the phone and purse.  Swara calls Sanskar but he does not pick the call.  He finds his wallet in the bushes that has a pic of Laksh and him. Karva Chauth and Indian daily soaps are synonymous with each other. The tradition of seeing the moon, fasting for one’s love and praying is captured in every serial with great pomp and show. While it’s an elaborate thing onscreen, in real life celebrations are a little muted. However, there are many actors in the TV industry who make sure to reach home early on this special occasion. After all, their spouses are hungry all day long. Recently, even actors have started fasting for their wives.

Bollywood Life got in touch with Varun Kapoor aka Sanskar Maheshwari of Swaragini to find out what are his plans for the day. He said, “I will be fasting tomorrow along with my wife tomorrow.” This is not the first time, Varun is fasting. He did it last year as well. The actor feels that it is not fair for women only to remain hungry all day long for the well-being of husbands. He also wants his wife, Dhanya Mohan to have a long life and good health.

One of TV’s chocolate boys, Varun has been married for three years now. His wife works in the aviation industry. While many were unaware that he is hitched (he looks so young!), it is now a known fact. One of the more media shy celebrities, Varun and Dhanya like to keep their personal lives personal. But we do see them together at award shows and other industry functions. The two married after a long courtship in 2013. While he is a Punjabi munda bred in Gujarat, she is a South Indian.

With Swaragini back to square one, again the focus is on the love story of the couples. We know Sanskar (Varun Kapoor) is mighty dissed with Swara (Helly Shah) for secretly plotting with her sister, Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar). In the coming episodes, the drama will shift to Uttara’s (Khyati Mangla) wedding. We know that Uttara’s mom-in-law will give the wedding planning arrangements to Swara and Ragini. However, Sanskar will spot them and throw a fit.

It seems that Uttara’s mom-in-law will come to know that Sanskar has a Bengali wife and throw a fit. Then, he will say that he is ready to forget his wife for the same. He will also say there are no relations left. Swara will be very upset and they’ll have a massive showdown in the middle of the road. Ragini will be stunned to see this and try to mend their lives.

Ragini will take on the wedding planner role and do things that make Sanskar realise the importance of Swara in his life. Before that, they will meet at Uttara’s in-laws place. Swara and Sanskar will share an eyelock while Ragini will be very worried about it. Sanskar says she will bear ties with his ex-wife for his sister’s sake.

Swaragini begins with Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar) remembering Laksh (Namish Taneja) and crying. She says I am hopeful and I won’t cry. My wait is powerful enough for you to return back to me. Swara (Helly Shah) and Ragini check out Bela’s wedding album. The girl’s father says I have one more contract for you. They are told to meet a wealthy man for the wedding of his son. That man happens to be Bela’s father manager. They are doubtful about it but Sharmistha (Parineeta Borthakur) encourages them to take up the contract. At Maheshwari  mamsion, Sanskar (Varun Kapoor) is resting his head on momma lap. Sujata (Sonica Handa) says you are not responsible. She says Swara has behaved unfairly with you.

Swara and Ragini meet Gayatri (Nupur Alankar) and Swara suggests a fusion theme. The conservative lady wants a proper Marwari wedding and asks Swara if she is a Marwari or not. She says no. Gayatri tells Ragini to manage all the important work and give menial jobs to her secretary. Ragini says she is her partner.

Gayatri introduces them to Sanskar. He says he is confident they will do a good job. Swara says they won’t take up this assignment. Sanskar insists on them. Gayatri tells them not to take her son’s marriage lightly. Ragini says Swara got scared as she is possessive about her projects. Sanskar says I know you will not refuse. Swara tells Ragini why did she agree? Ragini says it is our Uttara’s marriage. Swara says Gayatri is a conservative woman and will not allow this marriage if she knows about Sanskar and my broken relationship. We cannot jeopardise her future. Ragini says okay. They wonder what reason to give to end the relationship.

There is good news for fans of Swaragini. The show’s TRPs are picking up after the leap was introduced. A major part of the credit goes to the Tashan between Swara (Helly Shah) and Sanskar (Varun Kapoor) for the same. The love-birds have separated and their ego clashes are keeping their fan base hooked. Last night, we saw how Sanky taunted Swara at his sister Uttara’s prospective in-laws residence. Though he was smiling, Sanskar’s voice reeked of disdain for his estranged wife. The fandom is enjoying this Tu Tu Main Main and the online demand for Swara-Sanskar track seems to have worked. The TRPs are 1.9 this week from 1.7 last week. One round of applause for loyal fans!

Coming to the upcoming episodes, Uttara’s (Khyati Mangla) mother-in-law will prove to be a rather cunning lady. Buzz is her husband will be a habitual wife-beater and the woman would be taking out her frustrations elsewhere. As per rumours, Swara and Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar) will plan to break off Uttara’s marriage. They will discover that the lady is greedy for money and decide to prioritise their sister-in-law’s happiness first. This is why Swara and Sanskar might come together. We, hope so, coz it is damn unfair to spoil Uttara’s life for own personal woes.

A third man will also be introduced in Swara’s life. Actor Pratap Hada who was seen on Saath Nibhaana Saathiya will come in as her buddy. He will be a frank and outspoken guy and Swara will be bonding with him. There clearly seems to be the introduction of jealousy track as Sanskar will be miffed seeing her with someone else. On top of it, Laksh’s (Namish Taneja) phone will be found with him. It looks like drama will touch its peak in coming episodes.

Last night’s episode was kind of disappointing. We saw the precap where Uttara’s mom-in-law tells Sanskar to dump his Bengali wife for the sake of his sister. It looked rather weird seeing him agreeing to her demands. Being an egotistical hurt husband is one thing but fixing up your little sister’s marriage in a relationship with conditions is a  totally different thing. We just felt it was totally un-hero like and kind of unfair! As someone who watches the show, it is hard to believe Sanskar being so selfish. We like the intense brooding Sanskar but the fellow who did not give damn for what people said was 100 x more endearing.

Swaragini seems to be on a revamp/recycle mode post leap. We know that Sanskar (Varun Kapoor) has started hating Swara (Helly Shah). This is because of Lakshya (Namish Taneja) who has run away from home. We know that the sisters are also trying to find Lakshya, especially Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar) as she wants Swara to reunite with Sanskar.

In the coming episodes, we will see the sisters trying to hunt down Lakshya. They will go to a market where goons will attack the sisters. Swara tries to fight them but they are too many. A goon twists her hand and throws her on the road. They come towards her but then Sanskar comes and fights them off. He will enter like a hero and beat them up. Ragini will see this and feel happy that he still has feelings for her.

He beats up the goon badly for touching her. Swara feels reassured that he still loves her but he says he only did it for humanity. She will go away disappointed. In the mean time, Ragini has taken responsibility to reunite her sister and brother in law.

Actor Pratap Hada who was seen as Samar in Saath Nibhaana Saathiya will be the new man in Swara’s life. He will be Nikhil, Swara’s friend. Nikhil will come to assist them in their wedding planning business. Swara and he will bond slowly. However, Nikhil has some hidden motives that will come to the fore later on. Swaragini begins with Sujata (Sonica Handa) and Annapurna (Shalini Kapoor) going to Baadi and requesting Swara (Helly Shah) and Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar) to stay away from the rituals and behave like outsiders. Sujata says she has fixed her daughter’s marriage with great difficulty and if Gayatri finds out that Sanskar’s (Varun Kapoor) ex-wife is involved in the wedding, she will call it off.

Gayatri reaches there and the ladies are worried to see her. She tells them that she reached here following them. It seems she had gone to Maheshwari mansion but saw the ladies rushing out. She followed them to find out why they were in such a hurry. Sujata says they came to meet the wedding planners. Gayatri says these girls were recommended to us too by a reliable source.  I hear they do the best marwari weddings in town, she says. Sujata agrees and tells her all sweets of her choice will be served in the wedding.

Shumi (Parineeta Borthakur) comes from market and tells Swara to take the fish. Sujata and Annapurna balk at the sight of the fish. Shumi asks what are you doing here to the Maheshwari ladies. Even they want to leave. Ragini says mom let us leave. Gayatri says are you not a Marwari, this woman looks like a Bengali. She says I am, she is my neighbour’s mother so like my mom. Gayatri asks where do you stay Ragini who points to the Bose house. Gayatri is stunned. They leave after Swara covers up the situation. Shumi tells Swara she should not have left Sanskar. All the problems are due to her stubbornness. Swara says do not blame me.

Police calls Sanskar and says Laksh’s phone has been traced. He says I am coming right away but please do not disclose this development to my family. The Inspector says we have traced the phone but the person is constantly changing location. The Constable says the location is nearby and we should get there soon. A young man enters Baadi…

She is hated by fans of Swaragini for her negative outing on the show, but Akanksha Chamola who plays Parineeta Maheshwari, wife of Adarsh wowed her prospective in-laws in a few hours. The pretty lady is getting married next month to Gaurav Khanna in a lavish function in Kanpur. It seems the two met a year back while giving auditions for a show and hit it off instantly. The engagement will take place on November 23rd followed by the wedding on November 24th. A Mata Ki Chowki is planned on November 25. Actor Gaurav Khanna plays the lead role of Dr. Akshay in &TV’s Tere Bin. He has worked in a number of TV shows so far. The actor is a Kanpur and his family lives in Civil Lines.

It seems on the first occasion, Akanksha thought Gaurav was a newcomer and gave him tips. In an interview to The Times of India, he said, “She began to give me tips about how to give my audition. Apparently she didn’t watch much TV so she didn’t know that I was an actor. She explained to me the working of the TV industry. Although she found my face familiar but couldn’t place me. I too played along since I was enjoying the conversation. After listening to her gyaan for a good hour or so, I finally told her that I had worked in more than 15 serials. She was very embarrassed, but then we laughed it off. In fact, I think that’s how we hit it off.”

Oh No, it is happening again. Swaragini seems to be obsessed with Swara’s (Helly Shah) love life. The lady was first infatuated with Laksh (Namish Taneja), then fell madly in love with Sanskar (Varun Kapoor), was stalked by Sahil (Anuj Sachdeva) and now has a new admirer in Nikhil played by Pratap Hada. We know that she is lovely but spare someone for Ragini too. This is damn unfair. We will not try to analyse why Swara is so darn irresistible but come to the main point. It seems a new track will start where Nikhil will get attracted to Swara and Sanskar won’t like it. Ragini will try to take advantage of this situation.

Well, Nikhil is Swara’s childhood buddy. He is helping her in the wedding planning business. Swara and Nikhil are coming closer gradually. This will irk Sanskar to a great degree and he will start losing his emotional balance. Even Swara will notice a change in him. Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar) will think of making Sanskar more jealous but later feel it is not a good plan.

Sanskar will start hovering around Swara to keep an eye on Nikhil and their behaviour. However, Ragini will try to manipulate the situation to bring the estranged couple together. In last night’s episode we saw how Sanskar landed up at Baadi after the location of Laksh’s phone was traced to Nikhil’s bag. Swara and he had a minor fight as well. We will see more arguments in the coming tracks where Swara will be arguing like a typical wife.

The upcoming wedding of Tere Bin actor Gaurav Khanna with Swaragini actress Akanksha Chamola is the talk of the town. The good-looking couple met a year ago and have been inseparable since then. Gaurav and Akanksha met while giving auditions for a TV show. The marriage is happening on November 24 in Kanpur. It will be preceded by an engagement and followed by Mata Ki Chowki. Now, this is chat mangni pat byaah! Well, Gaurav happens to be a resident of Kanpur and the festivities have been planned there. His family lives in Civil Lines area.

Their wedding card is out and it looks nothing less than FUN. The card has a cartoon imitation of both Gaurav and Akansha, they both are posing on the border of the card and in the centre there is a poster. The poster reads, ‘He asked, “Will you travel with me for life?” And she said YES.’ And in the centre it is written ‘The Future Mr. and Mrs. Khanna’. The poster is really cute and totally unlike traditional wedding cards. They revealed the look of the card to The Times Of India.

Swara (Helly Shah) tells him to stop. The inspector says we have a valid reason to suspect him. He says is he your relative that you’re so concerned. Upset Swara says he is my childhood friend and no one can take him without proof. Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar) says it is not just a phone, it is Laksh’s (Namish Taneja) phone, let the cops take him to the police for questioning. Swara gets upset. She tells Sanskar you are making a mistake once again. He remembers her cruel words while parting. Sanskar pushes Swara, who says you just cannot take Nikhil away.

At Gayatri’s home, Annapurna (Shalini Kapoor) and Sujata (Sonica Handa) see Gayatri washing her husband’s feet and wiping it with her sari. Sujata says my daughter will be happy here while Annapurna is aghast. Gayatri says he is Chirag’s father. The ladies depart from Gayatri’s residence. She shuts the door on their face. Swara asks Nikhil if the phone is his. He says Swara trust me, it is not my phone. She says if that is true I will prove you innocent. Sanskar says you have sworn to prove me wrong whatever the case. She tells the cops to give her 10 mins to prove her friend innocent. Sanskar says if you cannot prove it then. Swara says I will do whatever you want.

Swara says this phone can only come to him if he was here. However, my friend was in Canada since a long time. Sanskar says he came and bought stolen phone. Swara tells him to show his passport. She shows it to the cops and says see the date on his passport. He has come back today. The cops tell Sanskar that his wife is correct. Nikhil asks Sanskar do I look like a thief? Why are you behind my life? Nikhil says I kept my bag at this place and stepped out for a while. Maybe someone put in it. Sanskar says you are cooking up stories. Swara says we can see in CCTV. Then, a man is seen running away from the place.

At Maheshwari mansion, Annapurna says I do not feel right about Uttara marrying into that household. She says they are greedy people. She says we also believe in traditions but our mentality is totally different. Ramprasad says Chirag has studied abroad, he is someone with modern thought. I do not think he will treat her badly. Durgaprasad says I have heard good things about the boy. He says let them do what they feel is best for their daughter.

The cops nab a man who says he bought the news from a second hand shop. Swara says so Sanskar do you believe now that my buddy is innocent. Sanskar says my brother is missing from six months. Do you know what I am going through Ms Swara Sanskar Maheshwari. He says do not feel happy hearing your name from my lips. I hate you so much that soon I will break our relationship in such a manner that you will not be able to join it again.

Indian TV is incomplete without the drunken hero. While film has given us our Devdas in form of Dilip Kumar and Shah Rukh Khan, the small screen also has characters who hit the bottle when they are down. We remember Shakti Arora aka Ranveer’s cute antics while drunk in Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi and Arnav Singh Raizada’s romantic avatar, but 2015-16 has all been about unhappy drinkers. Dev Dixit of Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi
As the self-made business tycoon, Dev Dixit knows how to pop a champagne or two but the idea of seeing his lady love Sona (Erica Fernandes) with some other man made Dev gulp down pegs like water. Shaheer Sheikh who does not drink in real life gave 200 per cent to look truly drunk on the show. Viewers loved the sight when a distraught Dev wobbled into Sona’s engagement party and created an epic scene out there. Aashiq hoon akhiri baal milne ka haaq toh banta hai….a special promo was shot for this sequence. Shaheer aced it and Internet was raving about Dev Ki Deewangi.

Shravan Malhotra of Ek Duje Ke Vaaste
Namik Paul’s drunken act was one of the best in 2016. The tall hunk made it look as authentic as possible. Shravan (Namik) hears that Suman (Nikita Dutta) is marrying Aditya (Ronit Kapil) and all hell breaks loose. After the engagement function, he drowns himself in a bottle of rum before beating the hell out of Aditya in the coming episodes. Intense, egoistical and confused, Shravan did not express himself easily and took recourse to alcohol to beat the blues. Fans were flat over the actor’s power-packed performance.

Raman Bhalla of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein
Now, he is one guy who is always drunk. Raman (Karan Patel) takes to the bottle when his wives fight with him, when his daughter leaves and when there is a party. It won’t be wrong to say that the Bhalla brothers Raman and Romi have a huge penchant for alcohol. He had taken solid support of the bottle few days back before Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) decided to instill some sense in him. What did she do? Nothing much other than holding an unlimited drinks party for the girls!

Sanskar Maheshwari of Swaragini
He is one of the rare boozers of TV shows but can get tight if need be. The last time we saw some memorable dialogue baazi was when he turned up sloshed at his home and confessed to Swara (Helly Shah) that he was crazy about her. This was during the good ole tent days. With his wife having ditched him, Sanskar has again found solace in the bottle.

Shivaay of Ishqbaaz
He is not the typical Devdas guzzling down bottles but Shivaay Singh Oberoi’s drunken escapades are great fun. That is when he is honest and ends up in the arms of Anika (Surbhi Chandna). Nakuul Mehta is killing it as the arrogant tycoon and we love him.

Swaragini will see the jealousy track taking centrestage in coming weeks. Sanskar (Varun Kapoor) won’t be able to tolerate Swara’s (Helly Shah) friendship with Nikhil (Pratap Hada). He will start drinking and this will upset Swara. Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar) will see Sanskar upset and think of using it to reunite Swara and Sanskar. It seems he will also start spying on Swara to find out how close she is to him.

We will also see the engagement track of Uttara (Khyati Mangla) to Chirag (Manoj Chandila). The two sisters will reach Maheshwari mansion to make the arrangements. There, Gayatri will make them dance for the entertainment of the audience. It seems the dancers would have ditched them and they would be left with no option. Swara and Ragini will present a lovely dance. Sanskar will see all this and remember the lovely moments he spent with his lady love.

Sanskar will be extremely upset with Swara and say that she should marry Nikhil. He will make all the arrangements for their wedding. She will be totally shocked. There is a chance that the mystery of Lakshya will be solved during Uttara’s engagement as the sisters will spot the woman with the butterfly tattoo in the function. Swaragini starts with Nikhil (Pratap Hada) chatting to Swara (Helly Shah). She says you are so matured now. He says I love you a lot and will love you throughout my life. He says I became sensible to live with a partner like you. She slaps him. He says what is wrong. She says you are joking. He says I am not joking I seriously love you, he says you have so much love in your heart. Sanskar (Varun Kapoor) overhears this conversation and feels jealous. Swara and Nikhil come to Shekhar (Sachin Tyagi) who is with Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar). She is telling him that he has full faith in Laksh (Namish Taneja) and knows he will return. Nikhil comes and says I will not go anywhere till Ragini’s problems are solved. Shekhar says where will you live. He says here. Upset, Shekhar says this is not Canada where girls and boys can live together. He gets embarrassed but Shumi (Parineeta Borthakur) says the situation and says he is Swara’s guest and will live here.

At Maheshwari mansion, Sanskar is drinking. Sujata (Sonica Handa) gets upset seeing him boozing in the day. She says there is lot of work left for Uttara’s (Khyati Mangla) engagement. She says the impact of your failed relationship should not fall on your sister. He says my broken relationship won’t spoil anything, there is nothing left in the relationship as such to be saved. He leaves from there. Gayatri calls up Sujata and asks if the arrangements are done. She says yes. Gayatri also asks about Rs 50 lakhs and Sujata says it will be arranged. She tells her husband that Uttara is a prize catch. The husband says once the marriage is solemnised, we will get more money.

Swara, Nikhil and Ragini are working on the plans. Shumi brings tea for them. Nikhil and Ragini go to the caterers. A man walks in with a lehenga for Uttara. She says it will look lovely on her. Swara sends a snap of the lehenga to Uttara who is seeing sarees sent by in-laws. She loves the outfit selected by her bhabhi. Shumi is worried as Swara will be staying in Maheshwari mansion for a while. She tells her daughter to keep an open mind. Swara says I still love Sanskar as much as I did before. She gets teary-eyed. She says I came here only to support my sister. I would have returned once he got back. She says I will go back as Laksh gets home. She sees Sanskar’s reflection in a mirror and feels she is hallucinating. She trips and lands up in his arms. They share an eye-lock.

Fans of Namish Taneja who were missing him on the show here is some good news. The handsome hunk will be soon back on Swaragini. Few days back there were rumours that he actor is contemplating to quit the show. He was on a break after the show took a leap of six months. The actor made the most of the break taking off on a small holiday. The actor had tweeted, “If u don’t like whr u r,whr u r not satisfied,whr ur talent,love & care r not utilized properly.MOVE! You’re not a tree. #MorningMotivation”. This gave rise to speculations that he was unhappy with how his character of Lakshya had shaped up on the show and was planning to leave it.

The actor refuted all the rumours saying, “For me Swaragini is my priority and I have not quit the show.” A source tells us, “Namish will be back in the show in a new avatar. Lakshya will be shown dead and the actor will enter the show as Abhimanyu, who is Lakshya’s doppelganger. However, it is not yet clear, whether Lakshya is actually dead or is hiding his real identity.”

When asked about his re-entry Namish said, “I will soon start shooting for the show, but as of now I cannot reveal further details.” In tonight’s episode we will see that Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar) and Nikhil (Pratap Hada) will come to a hospital where they’ll find out about Lakshya. Swaragini begins with Sujata(Sonica Handa) admiring the decorations of Swara (Helly Shah) and Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar) for Uttara’s (Khyati Mangla) engagement party. Sujata says this must be Swara’s handiwork. Nikhil (Pratap Hada) says this was done by Swara and praises her. Sanskar (Varun Kapoor) feels bad. Swara stands outside Maheshwari mansion and remembers the time spent there with Sanskar. Ragini remembers her romantic moments with Laksh (Namish Taneja). Ragini gets teary eyed. Swara tells Ragini that she can understand her pain. She says I left the home because I could not live here without Laksh and you also supported me. She says some relationships have soured since then.

She says I want to enter in with confidence. Swara says things will be right this time round. They walk inside. She remembers Sanskar’s ultimatum and feels bad. They check out the decorations. Durgaprasad is about to bless the sisters when Gayatri walks in with her husband. Sujata asks where is Chirag. She says his flight is late and he will reach the venue directly. Gayatri asks Sujata where is your badi bahu. Annapurna (Shalini Kapoor) says she is at her parent’s home. Gayatri says this is not done, today is her sister-in-law’s engagement and she is missing. Once a girl marries her in-laws home is hers.

She says the wedding planner girls have done the place well. Swara tells the waiter to serve starters and says do not give sweet to Durgaprasad. Sanskar observes this from the corner. She collides with Nikhil in the corridor and tells him to work carefully. Sanskar overhears the conversation. He stops Swara. He says I told you that you are here only as a wedding planner, do not try to mend relations. He says just stay like a planner. She says you have learnt a lot in life haven’t you, please try to read my eyes as what you see can be deceptive. Let me stay here just like a planner. Do not think of me as your wife and show your anger. Upset, he pins her to a pillar and looks angrily into her eyes. She says leave me as people will not like it if we are caught together. Nikhil comes there and says sorry. Ragini bumps with a woman who has butterfly tattoo. Nikhil leaves saying he does not want to barge in. Sanskar says you have already come in between. He says thanks Nikhil for managing his problem. He says Swara is your childhood friend, you can go ahead and marry her. Nikhil says I am being polite as it is your sister’s engagement or else I would have replied appropriately. Swara says let us go from here. Sanskar grabs her arm and says stop. Gayatri comes there and is shocked to see this.

Swaragini begins with Gayatri asking Sanskar (Varun Kapoor) what’s is happening. She sees his tight grip on Swara’s (Helly Shah) wrist. She says there was some problem so Sir got angry. Gayatri tells Sanskar not to be angry as people from lower level of society have right to make mistakes. She tells Swara that her guests are getting bored so arrange for some dance and music. Swara tells Nikhil (Pratap Hada) to call the folk dancers. Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar) tells Nikhil that she needs to find Swara.

Chirag (Manoj Chandila) makes an entry and everyone is happy to see him. Sujata (Sonica Handa) gets him introduced. Gayatri scolds her son for being late. Sujata gets Sanskar and introduces Chirag to Sanskar praising him. Gayatri says my son is like Shravan Kumar and is very obedient. Sujata gets upset hearing this. Gayatri says Sanskar is a nice boy and has made great arrangements. Ragini says the lady with butterfly tattoo is in the party. She says she will try to find her while Swara oversees arrangements.

Uttara comes down. The dance begins with folk dancers. One of the girls fall down, she is the one with the butterfly tattoo. She gets injured and is unable to dance. Gayatri tells Swara that she has made a blunder and needs to compensate. Swara says sorry Aunty. Gayatri says do not call me Aunty. Sujata tries to pacify Gayatri, who is throwing her weight around. Sanskar tries to intervene but she stops him. Ragini runs behind the girl but she tries to escape. Swara comes before her and the girl halts. She tells her to confess where is Laksh (Namish Taneja). The girl says yes we do steal wallets and mobile phones. Swara says we will not complain against you but tell us where is Laksh.

She says she met Laksh when he was lying injured by the wayside. She got close to him and realised that he was still breathing. He had got up and was walking towards the road when he got hit. The car owner took him to the hospital after the accident. She tells them the name of the hospital. Ragini calls up the hospital and asks about Laksh. The nurse says there is no patient with this name. She is distraught.
