It will be a battle of the bahus in the Maheshwari house

It is tussle time in Kolkata. Yes, this time the fight will be between the two daughter-in-laws of the Maheshwari house – Swara and Kavya. As viewers are aware, she has made her entry into the house after breaking the promise she made to her father, Shekhar (Sachin Tyagi) not to step inside that house again. She has support from her sister, Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar).

In the coming episodes, Swara (Helly Shah) will prepare sweets for the entire family, which Kavya (Roop Durgapal) will drop on the floor. She will be embarrassed before the whole family. However, Uttara (Khyati Mangla) will record the entire incident and show it to Swara. A battle will ensue between the two after this.

Fans of Swaragini are thrilled that Swara and Sanskaar (Varun Kapoor) are together after the Lakshya (Namish Taneja) fiasco. We saw the two lovebirds vowing to set things right in their family before taking their relationship ahead (wink wink). However, we will see some romantic moments between the two in the coming episodes. Swara will finally be getting a makeover and look slightly different in coming episodes.

As per buzz, she will try to find out the real reason behind Kavya’s entry inside the Maheshwari mansion. There is also buzz of a new lead coming in the show for Ragini. In the meantime, Kavya will spoil Annapurna’s (Shalini Kapoor) kitchen much to her annoyance. Stay tuned for more updates…

While he is not hammy, Varun does not shy away from giving his expressions. The arched eyebrows, mischievous smile, body language, etc is pretty bang on. As per a report, the actor was finalized for the role and had to report on the sets in a day’s time to play a mentally challenged character. Now, that was some quick preparation from the actor.

The actor always says that the real credit of his popularity lies with the writers who wrote a fabulous character. According to him, the attention is for Sanskaar but he will always remain what he is no matter what. Detachment is also an art and he’s practicing it. So, when you’re away from the extra hype, what you’re left with is solely performance and performing!

He romanced Shiny Doshi with flair in Saraswatichandra and is now doing the same with Helly Shah. His romantic scenes make the show a lot more watchable. Varun conveys his love through his eyes, which do all the talking.

The coming episodes are going to be heavy on emotions!

Swaragini is now going to be full of family and saas-bahu drama. At least that’s what it seems like. In the coming episodes, we will see a major showdown between Swara (Helly Shah) and Kavya (Roop Durgapal). Moreover, there will also be the track of Shekhar (Sachin Tyagi) leaving Kolkata with the family.

We will see a lot of emotional moments as an emotional Swara will run to the bus stop from where they will catch the bus to Bikaner. She will be standing there and crying her heart out. As per reports, seeing this Shekhar will get emotional and come back to his daughter. Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar) will also be seen persuading her father not to sell their house, which holds so many memories for them.

On the other hand, there will be another showdown between Kavya and Swara. We will see the two ladies having a heated encounter. She will try her best to expose Kavya so that Lakshya (Namish Taneja) stops loving her.

In last night’s episode, we saw the injection drama where Kavya injected Swara with a medicine that caused her an allergy. The romance between Sanskaar and her has taken a backseat with all the tashan. Last night, we saw a few fleeting kisses between them but there is no hope of much love in the coming episodes. Like every year, Colors hosted the Golden Petal Awards last night. It was one rather grand affair with who’s who of Telly world making it to the do right from Mouni Roy, Arjun Bijlani to Bollywood hotties Salman Khan and Arjun Kapoor among others. The red carpet appearances looked super impressive. The performances were electrifying. However, the highlight of the event had to be the winners who stole the thunder like never before. Swaragini lovers Varun Kapoor aka Sanskaar and Helly Shah aka Swara walked away with maximum awards including Best Actor, Best Actress and Best Jodi categories. Oh! They truly owned the awards night this year. In fact, Varun  and Helly even won the best fandom award which is courtesy their crazy fan following. ‘Don’t play dirty with girls’…find out what made the handsome actor say this at the event

It was indeed a night to remember for the star cast of Swaragini. The show’s lead actors Varun Kapoor and Helly Shah walked away with the Best Actor and Best Actress trophies as well as the Best Jodi award. The entire team looked lovely on the red carpet. Obviously, the fashionistas were Nikita Sharma and Roop Durgapal. Nikita looked lovely in a black gown with curly hair while the latter was also in a sari gown. Sanskaar’s (Varun Kapoor) parents Sujata (Sonica Handa) and Ramprasad (Amar Sharma) came dressed like their characters. Varun looked dapper in a charcoal black suit with matching footwear. The actor had a number of fans voting for him, which obviously resulted in the win.

The actor has always credited the writers of the show for giving him such a layered character to portray. From an antagonist to a supportive friend to a devoted lover and now a doting husband, Sanskaar’s character is an evolving one and the actor has done complete justice to it. His brilliant chemistry with Helly Shah (Swara) has also helped him immensely.

On the red carpet, the actor was his usual entertaining self giving some truly funny bytes. He had some nice things to say about his onscreen mother and mother-in-law terming them as real beauties. The actor was happy with his nomination but clearly did not consider himself as a winner in the starry night. However, his fans made him emerge victorious. The separated jodi came together for a few laughs

Lakshya (Namish Taneja) and Ragini’s (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar) love story on Swaragini might be far from perfect but their off-screen camaraderie is pretty cool. The twosome visited the sets of Comedy Nights Live and had a blast. Namish exclusively told BollywoodLife, “Tejaswi and I went for Comedy Nights Live. Krushna Abhishek was at his hilarious best and Bharti Singh was too cute. I haven’t laughed so much in a long time. They are an amazingly talented team and we had a blast shooting with them.”

Not many know that Namish was a choreographer before he became an actor. The actor also did some B-boying on the show much to the delight of the audience. We wonder if Tejaswi also showed off some of her moves. Bharti Singh asked Namish about his negative character on the show to which he said that he was loving it. Hearing that, Bharti retorted, “A 20-year-guy who has been engaged thrice and married twice already on a show will have a lot of fun, na.”

A number of actors from hit shows of Colors are coming on the show. We saw Mouni Roy from Naagin and Adaa Khan going on the show sometime back. The actors of Krishndasi also went on the show.

On Swaragini, the love story of Lakshya and Ragini is going through a tough patch with him having dumped her at the altar. However, the two are great friends off-screen and bond greatly over food. Namish is reportedly a huge fan of Tejaswi’s cooking. With co-stars having such friendship, we are sure the sets of Comedy Nights Live was also filled with a lot of bonhomie.

Kavya (Roop Durgapal) plotted a lot against the Maheshwaris this week in Swaragini. After poisoning Swara (Helly Shah), she will plant a bomb inside the house.

Gayatri (Drashti Dhami) dressed as a maid, Savitri is trying to save Ranaji (Siddhant Karnick) from Rajeshwari (Anjum Fakih) this week in Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani.

They will gang up against the couple

Last night’s episode was a treat for SwaSan fans as Swara (Helly Shah) finally got her memory back. The entire Maheshwari family was rejoicing this happy news. We also saw some tender moments between Sanskar (Varun Kapoor) and her. However, Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar) was tensed as Parineeta discovered her fake pregnancy truth. She will also debate about telling everything to Swara.

Now, in the coming episodes we will see a huge showdown between Swara and Parineeta. She will remember everything and give her a tight slap for the mess. As viewers know, it was Pari who conspired with Rajat (Mohit Abrol) to bring down Swara’s image before the family. It resulted in Swara’s memory loss track and even Sanskar’s sister was grievously injured. Irate, the members of Maheshwari house will throw Parineeta out of the mansion. She will be extremely upset and her husband won’t be able to help her out. Then, we will see Parineeta telling Swara that Ragini is also hiding something from her. There will be a lot of tension between Ragini and Pari.

Later, we will see Pari joining hands with Sahil (Anuj Sachdeva). He will want Swara at all costs and agree to a partnership with her. They will vow to destroy Swara and Sanskar. We guess the track where he blackmails her by risking Sanskar’s life will be a joint venture of Pari and Sahil on the show.

The TRPs of the show have taken a dip in recent times and fans are blaming it on the prolonged Sahil-Swara and Ragini-Pari drama track. All people want is some romance between Ragini and Lakshya (Namish Taneja) and Swara and Sanskar.

Gear up for some high level drama in coming episodes

The Maheshwari mansion is happy now that the family is together with Swara’s (Helly Shah) return. She is also happy to be with Sanskar (Varun Kapoor) but drama will take place when she will remember what Parineeta did to her. Swara will give Pari a tight slap and reveal everything post which she will be thrown out of the Maheshwari house. Thereafter, she will conspire with Sahil (Anuj Sachdeva) to ruin Swara’s life. Phew! Too much to handle, isn’t it?

However, Pari will blackmail Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar) and tell her that she will expose her fake pregnancy before the whole world. As we know, she is trying to save her mother, Sharmishtha’s (Parineeta Borthakur) baby by doing this entire drama. Ragini will be forced to bring Pari back to the Maheshwari house. She will tell this to Lakshya (Namish Taneja) and he will support her whole-heartedly saying that she did it for her mommy dearest.

However, her decision to bring Pari back won’t go down well with Swara and there will be some friction. We hope to see some strong Ragini track in the coming few weeks. It should be possible considering Helly is rehearsing for Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.

This will bring in a new twist to the drama and as we informed you Sanskar will faint in the bedroom. Swara will be totally disoriented seeing her beloved husband so helpless. It will be part of Sahil’s plot to kill Sanskar and get Swara for himself. The team had a lot of fun shooting for this sequence where Helly and Varun were seen in splits throughout. In short, the coming week on the show promises to be a dramatic one with so much scheming. Well, when does that not happen?

However, Sanskar saves her in the nick of time and has a fight with Sahil

In the coming episodes of Swaragini, we will see some high voltage action and drama. A desperate Sahil (Anuj Sachdeva) will try to kidnap Swara (Helly Shah). Yes, we are not lying and that too from a crowded puja room. The Gadodia and Maheshwari families will get together for a puja ceremony where Sahil will come in the avatar of a priest. It is part of a plan by Swara and Sanskar to nab Sahil. With long hair and moustache, it is his turn now to change his look. Swara will also be seen in a new look for this function. Sanskar (Varun Kapoor) is extremely dapper in blue bandhgala.

The couple will recognize Sahil in the garb of a priest and Sanskar will shout his name. He will throw a lit diya at him but Swara and he will escape in the nick of time. Sahil will be very upset and then try to flee from the spot. Sanskar will chase him down and a scuffle will start between the two. Sahil will be pushed against a table and he will get hurt badly. He will hurl a knife at Sanskar but he will escape throwing a flower vase at Sahil.

Swara will be pained to her husband getting minor injuries while he will be tensed about Sahil’s obsessive behaviour. The plan is to kidnap Swara and we suppose Pari will help Sahil in it.

The plotting and scheming is back on the show. Fans were hoping to see some romance but the makers have other ideas. We hope that we get to see some Lakshya and Ragini track in the coming days. It should be possible with Helly going on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. Stay tuned for more updates on the show…

It is the battle of the sister-in-laws in coming episodes

In last night’s episode we saw the huge drama in the Maheshwari household after Swara slapped Parineeta. The latter was thrown out of the house and Adarsh has also threatened to divorce her. In the coming episodes, we will see Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar) being blackmailed by Pari. She will threaten to expose Ragini’s fake pregnancy before the whole world, which will bring her image down. She won’t be able to save Sharmishtha’s (Parineeta Borthakur) baby as well. Meanwhile, there is always the scare of Swara (Helly Shah) finding the truth. We know what a detective she is!

However, Parineeta will call up Ragini and tell her that she has to bring her back to the Maheshwari house and restore her respect. She does not want to leave Adarsh as well. Scared with Pari’s threats to expose her, Ragini will try to bring the lady back to the Maheshwari mansion. In last night’s episode, we saw a lovely bonding between the three brothers, Sanskar, Lakshya and Adarsh. It was a much needed break from the ladies’ drama.

In the coming episodes, Pari will join hands with Sahil (Anuj Sachdeva) to spoil Swara and Sanskar’s (Varun Kapoor) life. We will see the poisonous gas that Sanky will inhale and fall ill much to Swara’s dismay. Thereafter, there will be fight between Sanskar and Sahil where the latter will try to stab knife. Later, the cops will arrest Sahil and put him behind bars. But he will get bail and come then. Then, we will see the kidnapping sequence where Swara will be invited to grace a charity music event by an NGO in Kolkata. At the insistence of the Maheshwari household, she will go there and get kidnapped by Sahil. Stay tuned for more updates on the show…

Well, the makers won’t dare to disappoint SwaSan fans

Irrespective of whether Swara (Helly Shah) is being kidnapped or Sanskar (Varun Kapoor) is fainting, there should be no compromise on romance. Knowing the craze fan following for SwaSan, makers are ensuring that there is romance between the two. We will see the couple getting cutesy before the mirror. Fans of the jodi have been upset about the consistent plotting and drama on the show. The romantic scenes will bring about a sense of respite from the melodrama.

Swara is shown getting dressed before the camera as Sanskar looks on lovingly. We are guessing he wants to steal some quiet moments with her in the madness. How cute! So far, we have only seen Swara kissing Sanskar. The midnight kiss at her home is quite memorable as is the quick peck in the Maheshwari household. But now, we will see Sanskar giving a kiss on Swara’s cheeks. Fans of the jodi have gone mad at this development and Twitter is full of reactions. She will be standing before the mirror where he comes close puts a kangan on her and softly kisses her cheeks.

Thereafter, we will see Swara heading for a charity function in Patna. Enroute to the airport, she will be fed spiked water by the lady of the NGO. Swara will be unconscious and then kidnapped by Sahil (Anuj Sachdeva). In last night’s episode we again saw the jodi in tears as Sanskar fell down unconscious. They looked damn sweet together. So, how excited are you about Sanskar’s first kiss for Swara? We surely are. Varun has romanced with flair in his earlier show as well but the fan mania around his lovestruck ways in Swaragini is something else. Bring it on, guys!

The couple want to be good parents for their son, Shaarav now rechristened as Jaydon

They were once one of the most lovey-dovey couples of TV world. However, we were shocked when reports of domestic violence rocking Shaleen Bhanot-Dalljiet Kaur’s marriage made headlines last year. The lady has been living separately from her husband since a year and now they have filed for divorce by mutual consent. Dalljiet had accused him of domestic violence and dowry harassment but he denied the allegations. They have now filed officially for divorce. Dalljiet told The Times of India, “Rather than dragging on the matter in court, Shaleen and I have chosen to do it mutually. The court visits have been really depressing. After several meetings with (and without) lawyers and discussing many clauses keeping the future of the child in mind, we have reached a conclusion that divorce is best for both of us.“

She further added, “Shaleen wants to coexist in a happier way. He wants to be a good father to my son and I won’t deny him that right. I won’t let my ego and resentment get in the way of providing a better world to my son. Shaleen will visit our son at mutual convenience since we will be busy with our respective shoots. And I will make honest attempts to make them meet.” The divorce proceedings will start from this week and is expected to be passed in six months time.

Dalljiet made a comeback to the TV industry after her separation from her husband. She did Swaragini on Colors and is now seen as Manjiri on Kaala Teeka. She has altered her name from Daljeet to Dalljiet. She has also rechristened her son’s name to Jaydon. “According to his horoscope, his name should start with the alphabet `J’. Jaydon means `God has heard’. Both our names have been changed numerologically,“ she says.

The TV actress has also rented out a new place for herself. “I am very scared, but I just believe that if I could survive the worst that I have been through in my life, I can pull through anything,“ she says.

Shaleen adds, “This last one year has made me realise that life is unpredictable. So, till the time the divorce doesn’t actually happen, I can just pray everything gets sorted soon.”

The lady will fake her love in the coming episodes

In last night’s episode we saw how Swara (Helly Shah) left Sanskar (Varun Kapoor) and went to Patna. There, she meets Sahil (Anuj Sachdeva) who later kidnaps her with help from the lady who came from the foundation.

Swara will agree to marry Sahil as he will threaten to kill Sanskar. Thereafter, she will take him to a mall where Sanskar is already present. She will try to contact him but Sahil will warn her of dire consequences.  So, Swara will relent. They will be about to get married by Sanskar will reach the mandap and get him arrested. Swara will slap him and say it was part of her plan to get him behind bars. He will leave her say that she is a cheater and has dumped him. Actor Anuj Sachdeva’s track on Swaragini is ending with this scene.

The actor took to Instagram to thank the cast and crew of the show. He posted a selfie with Helly Shah as well. Anuj said that the role of Sahil was similar to that of his idol, Shah Rukh Khan in Darr and it was a treat to perform a grey-shaded character like him. He was Swara’s third lover on the show and we really hope there is some action in Ragini’s life now.

Three gratifying months on Swaragini come to an end today. It has been a wonderful journey of discovering different shades of me as an actor. I have always idolised Shah Rukh Khan and his roles in movies like Darr, Baazigar, Anjaam simply amazed me. He was the one who brought the anti-hero, the grey character to light. In the coming episodes, Swara will discover that Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar) is faking her pregnancy and will lose her cool. She will storm into the ceremony and slap Ragini. How many slap dramas on the show?

Sahil has kidnapped Swara and they are getting hitched

Swara (Helly Shah) has been kidnapped. Yes, once again by Sahil (Anuj Sachdeva). Darling hubby Sanskar (Varun Kapoor) is damn upset that he left his wife alone. The Maheshwaris contact Maya, Sahil’s mother and tell her that Sahil has kidnapped Swara. She is shocked. Obsessed with Swara, Sahil feels no one can love her like he does and that he will surely marry her. He also tells his mother than he has plans to get hitched to her.

Sanskar has plans to follow Maya to understand where Sahil has kept Swara. He thanks his mother for bailing him out of jail. She says it is not right to chase a married woman but he says everything is fair in love and war. Sahil dresses as a groom and tells Maya to grace his wedding ceremony. They leave for an undisclosed venue.

Laksh (Namish Taneja) tries to reach Maya but finds her phone unavailable. On reaching there, Sanskar finds Sahil’s video message that says that she is made for him and that he was just time pass. Sanskar finds a chit that reads Hooghly. He feels he has to go there. Sahil tells Maya not to act smart or else he will kill both Swara and Sanskar.

In the coming episodes, we will see Sanskar chasing them down to a mall where Sahil and Swara are together. But she will fake her love for Sahil to save him. After a dramatic rescue, the couple will be united. Stay tuned for more updates on the show…

Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya’s wedding continued to make headlines. After a gala reception in Chandigarh, they held another cocktail party in Mumbai, which was a heady affair. Upset at the invasion of privacy, Divyanka lashed out at the media and asked them to exercise restraint.

Karan Patel’s alleged misdemeanor with the media at DiVek’s Mumbai bash also made news.

Fans of Pearl V Puri got a rude shock when reports of him being replaced in Meri Saasu Maa did the rounds. The actor and producer confirmed the exit was a temporary one.

It was reported that Ekta Kapoor’s upcoming show based on the 1979 film, Jaani Dushman will be titled Brahmarakshas. It will star Krystle D’souza and Aham Sharma in lead roles.

Mishal Raheja quit the show, Ishq Ka Rang Safed due to lack of increment from the production house.

Kushal Tandon and Gauahar Khan got into a slugfest of sorts when the former referred to her at his ex in an interview. Upset, Gauahar retorted on snapchat.

Abigail Pandey is all set to enter Nagarjuna – Ek Yoddha as Tina, Anshuman Malhotra’s (Arjun) friend.

Paras Chhaabraa is making his debut in the fiction series space with MTV Girls on Top.

Shweta Munshi who has done shows like Punar Vivah and Bandhan is back with Life Ok’s Supercops Vs Supervillains.

Vrushika Mehta is all set to enter Star Plus’ Ishqbaaz. She will be paired with Kunal Jai Singh.

In Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) got kidnapped before her re-marriage to Raman (Karan Patel). This has softened Ruhi’s (Aditi Bhatia) heart somewhat.

Swaragini saw the exit of Sahil (Anuj Sachdeva) with the obsessive lover track coming to an end. The show’s TRPs have dipped considerably in recent times.

Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi had Ishwari (Supriya Pilgaonkar) growing increasingly suspicious about Dev (Shaheer Sheikh) and Sona’s (Erica Fernandes) relationship.

In the meantime, Ragini has been caught in her web of lies

It is not even a few days since Swara’s (Helly Shah) kidnapping track has ended and the makers have roped in some more drama. It seems like Swara and Sanskar (Varun Kapoor) will plan a grand godh bharai function for Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar), which will leave her shocked. She will ask why are they holding godh bharayi/baby shower in the fifth month only. But Annapurna (Shalini Kapoor) will say it is fine. The function will take place with a bang and Swara will be shown dancing while Sanskar will take baby steps.

Parineeta will come there and tell Swara that Ragini is faking her pregnancy. She gets shocked. Swara is extremely upset at her sister when the truth finally comes out before everyone. Annapurna raises her hand to slap Ragini but Sharmishtha (Parineeta Borthakur) intervenes and say that it was done only to save her face before society. The sisters will be seen convincing the Maheshwaris about whatever happened. Unfortunately, Sharmishtha will fall from the stairs in the hospital and suffer a miscarriage. Swara will be distraught but will be seen consoling her mother at the loss of the child. Sanskar will also be quite depressed.

The current track of the show has upset a lot of fans. They are disheartened as no proper (read logical) story is being given to the two lead pairs. We hope the show shifts gears from now on…

Yes, there is no miscarriage after all

There is more drama coming up in Swaragini. We will see that Shekhar (Sachin Tyagi) takes Sumi (Parineeta Borthakur) with him to the hospital. There she slips off the stairs and falls down. They rush her to the room where the doctors reveal that Sumi has had a miscarriage. She is heartbroken and so is Shekhar. Swara (Helly Shah) and Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar) are distraught as they were waiting with great excitement for baby brother/sister. Lakshya (Namish Taneja) tells Ragini to come back to Maheshwari mansion as on seeing her Sharmishtha will be reminded of her baby. Sanskar and Lakshya will be seen consoling their wives. Uff…so much rona dhona.

However, the real twist is that Parineeta bribed a nurse at the hospital to steal Sumi’s baby. It was her idea to make the sisters pay for the insult meted out to her after the memory loss fiasco. However, Swara and Ragini will discover that the baby has been stolen and move heaven and earth to get to their little brother.

In another twist, Ragini will discover that she is actually pregnant. Too much we say! Will  she tell everyone that she is actually pregnant or hide the truth to avoid embarrassment. We will see a cute godh bharai function where Swara and Sanskar (Varun Kapoor) will do a cute dance for the to be mom. We found this really cute video in Helly Shah’s Instagram account that shows Parineeta aka Sumi getting a champi from her hairdresser. Pampering on sets, we say!
